In this group project I focused on the initial desk research, brainstorming and concept development, researching and understanding the pains and desired gains of the users to design the Value Proposition and the implementation of Game Mechanics.

Our goal
The team's goal for this project was to find a way to motivate parents and children to spend more time outside while also raising awareness about the benefits of doing so.
For this, we collaborated with the National Wildlife Federation's GreenHour program, which encourages parents and children to set a goal for their children to spend one hour outside playing.
Their goal is to provide easy activities that make spending time outdoors more enjoyable, educational, and accessible.​​​​​​​
Solution​​​​​​​
An app that gives parents access to all of the activities on The Greenhour Website while also including gamification features to make it more appealing to children. Different users, whether parents or children, can be created with a single account. Parents can set goals for their children, monitor their progress, and provide incentives and extracurricular activities. Children are rewarded with points for completing activities and spending time outside.
