In this group project, I worked on analyzing the company's business model, conducting customer interviews, value proposition design, prototyping, and risk analysis.
The assignment - Digital Transformation ​​​​​​​
''As concept developers you are asked to identify a SME player of your choice - it could be a Danish business as well as an international one. You are asked to constructively question the business model(s) of the chosen company and create a digital concept solution that moves the company to a higher-value digital business model.''
The company
Madina's Knitwear is a one-man company located in Aarhus, owned by Madina Karieva, a young entrepreneur, who makes and sells hand-knitted clothes for babies. Sewing is her passion, which she combined with the love for her children and it inspired her to start a small business. She uses Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest as her main channels to promote her business as well as sell products and communicate with her clients.
The Solution​​​​​​​
By having a website, Madina's Knitwear can build trust, sell its products, increase awareness, and therefore create better customer relationships. On the website, customers have the ability to customize and create their own clothes with patterns, colors, add-ons, etc.
